There is just too much to mention that is new! We have our Summer Newsletter just out and it should be arriving on doorsteps any day now, I got mine this morning. It has 52 packed pages of patchwork and quilting fabrics and goodies. As usual I have made a Newsletter page on the site so that you can find the products that you want as quickly as possible. Or you can use the Quick Search facility to track items down. New items to look out for are the fantastic Daiwabo fabrics, many new Fat Quarter packs, the new Metal Pinnacle Grace Frame and the new Amy Butler fabrics. The Cotton Patch is pleased to announce the release of a new range of box making kits. The boxes are constructed of heavy duty cardboard and you add the fabrics of your choice to make each box unique. We have four boxes to make including a Victorian Etui box. There are a number of additions to our Nursery and Childrens pages. We have a Hungry Caterpillar Kit based on the popular book by Eric Carle. I have been away for a few weeks and the pile of quilting books for me to enter has been steadily growing. So there is a feast of new titles in the New Books section. There are over 20 new books covering concepts such as quilt block patterns, Quilting on the Line, design issues,strip roll quilts, patchwork bags and mixed media design. Our Bargain Basics Club is reducing the price at which further quantities of fabric can be brought from £6/m to £5.40/m for 2008.
Bargain Basics members receive a Special Collection pack of 25 quality fabrics every quarter. Normally available at £6/m, all fabrics are reduced by 10% to just £5.40/m for 2008!
In selecting fabrics for this club we look for prints with a lot of versatility, generally small scale, that will fit in with as wide a range of patchwork projects as possible. But what makes these prints really appeal is that further quantities can be purchased at just £6/m! This does not mean we sell cheaper, inferior fabrics - these are quality, 100% cotton fabrics that, in general, we have not previously sold.
As a member each quarter you receive a Bargain Basics pack of 25 prints cut to our 9" x 11" Special Collection format (approximately 23cm x 28cm) every three months. For all four packs despatched in 2008 further quantities can be purchased at £5.40/m (0.5m minimum cut).
Subscribe Annually and you pay a discounted price of £37.80 for four Special Collection packs, including postage.
Subscribe by Pay As You Go and the cost is £8.95 plus postage per pack.
