Aleene’s® OK To Wash‐It™ is a washable adhesive that permanently bonds fabric and embellishments to fabric. It dries clear and flexible, is non‐yellowing, holds through repeated washings and is nontoxic.
Recommended for:
* quilting
* washable fabrics
* costumes
* ribbons
* silk flowers
* trims
* appliqués
* home decor fabrics
1. Apply an even coat of glue to fabric or embellishment. 2. Let set 3‐5 minutes. 3. Gently press fabric and embellishment together. 4. Hold in place with tape or pins until set. 5. While wet, clean excess with a damp cloth. 6. Let dry 24 hours. 7. Wash after the glue cures in 7‐10 days. 8. Wash garment inside out on gentle cycle; air dry. Do not dry clean. 9. Always test for best results.
Glue dries clear but is visible with a darker appearance on some colors and fabrics. 2. Not intended for thin fabrics such as rayon, silk, satin and satin ribbons.
