I made a comment about about the mini craft steam iron flex.I am pleased to say after contacting the manufacturer about the kink in the flex.The iron was replaced without any fuss at all.I couldn't have wanted better service.
Anonymous -The iron works exactly as described, but I have real concern about the flex.It was wound so tightly around the iron from the manufacturers that the flex has a permanent kink at where it joins the iron.It is so kinked that the cables under the covering will soon be exposed.Any suggestions please?
