I had exhausted the options for an under-hand thimble when I came across this, and it is brilliant. My stitches are deep and even and my finger remains whole! Very worthwhile purchase.

This is a great invention to prevent callous finger from long term hand stitching.It is worth buying to keep in your sewing basket to aid in hand quilting projects. The shipping cost is more than the item itself .If only the shipping cost could be lower for small item which is not registered mail.
