An easy choice - I had used this make and size before purchase and knew it would work well for me. Cuts well and the blade cover is also easy to use, which is important to me to avoid damage to my table (or myself!) Cotton Patch were great by email and phone too, much appreciated.

Anonymous -I have used scissors mostly for the applique pieces with complicated shapes. This rotary cutter is great for these tricky pieces. I also have the Clover 45mm rotary cutter, which I like to work with, so it was an obvious choice for me to get the 28mm from the same brand.
