Rotating wheel leaves a fine chalk line on fabric. Good for hand quilting. Originally developed for marking sashiko lines on Japanese quilts.

Great fabric marker
After trying a variety of marking systems, I was almost despairing. Then I tried the Chaco liner and was very impressed. I will definitely be buying a refill when I need to.
