I really like these desk threaders but have an issue with my new one. Taking hold of the tiny piece of thread that is pushed through is very difficult. I haven't had this problem in the past. It's true I use a very small needle but I always have for quilting.

Directions for use: Clear and precise.BUT directions should include the fact that the machine "pokes "thread through eye of needle hence one should pull one thread through eye in needle prior to cutting thread!

A wonderful gadget! It doesn't jam up in the eye of small quilting betweens like the cheap metal threaders sometimes do, although it sometimes takes a couple of attempts to thread successfully. Very impressed and have already recommended it to a couple of friends.

I bought this because the little packs of th readers for a pound or so break fairly often and my eyesight is not great in the evenings. This little tool sorts my problem completely. Really pleased with it..

Threading fine needles was very difficult but with this little gadget its no longer a problem. It's a must for the sewing basket.
