Small patches of suede with strong adhesive. They work pretty well. Apply one before your finger starts to gets sore, or the strong adhesive will make it painful to remove. Position it accurately: mine was a bit off position, so I kept hitting the edge and adhesive instead of the centre.

As cannot get on with traditional thimbles these little stick on pads are ideal and really take pressure from bulky sewing. They last longer and are more reusable than you'd expect from such a small pad. O

This product works very well and I am delighted with this Thimble Pad. I could never use a thimble and as a result got sore fingers. Have used one pad several times and it still sticks to my finger. The only negative comment I have is that it is very expensive.

The best solution for the underneath fingers when hand quilting, and reusable for some time.
