My sewing machine hates this thread and has repeatedly stripped the black/silver outer tube off the nylon core. I have to work with it slowly and carefully. However, the \"glitter\" effect is fabulous and just what I wanted to use.

Metallic effect
I wanted this thread to stitch a chain that looked like metal and it did. Had to practice a lot but the final result is very satisfying.
