It needles wonderfully, maintains loft and has exceptional resilience. The wadding is made of the finest superwashed wool in the world – this superwashing process successfully smooths the scales on the wool fibers, making it pleasant to the touch and less likely to shrink.
This product, while lightweight, is also strong and resists bearding and migration.

Would not purchase again as a pre-cut. Arrived creased to the point of felting together. Despite steaming twice, some creasing remains. Sections are distorted and overstretched because of tight rolling. In future will buy only from the roll. Pity, as it is an excellent wadding for hand quilting.
