A solid hoop
A good solid hoop, with the inch depth to help hold the quilt in place. Well packaged, so arrived in perfect condition

Really sturdy
Seems an excellent hoop. The wood was slightly rough but I've gently sanded it down and now it's a pleasure to handle. Now I just need to practice my quilting!
