The Milward fusing mat and applique sheet set is a heavy duty see through non slip and non stick silicone fusing mat for sewing, quilting, applique and ironing. Also included is a non stick PTFE pressing sheet to create a layer between your iron and any fusing glue. Size of each is 43.2cm x 61cm.
The transparent design provides easy visibility when you are creating applique designs, place your paper designs below the transparent fusing mat.
The non slip slilicone coating prevents your mat or fabrics from moving.
You can use hot glue directly on the non stock surface.
Use the non stick ironing sheet to protect your iron for any adhesives by placing it on top of your applique project before pressing. The fusible does not stick to the mat or the sheet.
You might find it useful to use tweezers to move your fabric into position.
Cleaning. Any fusing glue can be easily removed by hand, any small pieces of fabrics are easy to remove with a lint roller. do not wash.
Max Temperature. Max recommended temperature for the silicone fusing mat is 230 degrees and the non stick PTFE ironing sheet is 260 degrees. Do not leave iron flat on the mat for a long time.

Very useful!!
This fusing mat and applique set is so useful!!! Has made fusing to materials so easier, and keeps my iron n ironing board free from the glue!! Can recommend The Cotton Patch for all crafting items ????
