A handy tool for cutting circles of material. Fold the fabric into quarters, place the radius centre on the corner of the fabric and cut along the required arc with a 28mm rotary cutter. Make circles from 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" in diameter

Great Tool
I saw a quilt in a book at my friends and they had cut the wierdest shapes with a tool like this. I have not managed to work out quite how they did it yet (Ithink they rotated the tool somehow, or flipped it over) Anyway I am still curiously experimenting.......
