The book I had been searching for

I really loved this book. Having a colour theory to work up the colour scheme for your quilting/patchwork takes the end product to a new level. I wanted to pursue a 'mindfulness' with my sewingby getting away from very bright and/or twee colour schemes by concentrating on a calming neutral palette.
