Outer Rim is designed to be used with the Westalee Crosshair Rulers to mark the outer points for Quilted Stars and other Designs. You can also use the Outer Rim to draw circles. You can quilt Continuous Line Stars in different sizes and vary the number of points. Use many of the Westalee Rulers and templates to create your own quilt stars with straight lines, curves and waves.
