Marcel Fabrics

Marcel is a tiny cat. He likes eating cardboard sleeping next to the fire stove and laying down on my sketchbook when I work. But above all he loves running around the garden looking for adventures behind every single flower climbing in the apple trees and chasing butterflies. When I moved abroad Marcel stayed in my hometown and I think of him a lot. So when I painted this pattern collection I pictured him in a lively spring garden. Marcel's dreamy place is filled with watercolour pansies lots of other cat friends and sunshine.
